Network Analyst
Did you know that changes to your network, such as getting a new computer, server, operating system, or internet provider may cause your Xerox copiers or laser printers to experience network connectivity issues, and essentially disable certain functions.
Your maintenance agreement on your copier or printer includes all parts, labor, and copier service for the mechanical repair of your equipment. However, what happens when the issue isn't hardware-related? That's where our Analyst team comes in.
Our Analyst services include but are not limited to, installation support, systems consulting support, network connectivity support, improved document workflows design and development, and other tech support. Ask us about our analyst services.
On-Site Copier Service Technician
Copier Service Technicians in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts, and Beyond.
Occasionally, you may require an on-site visit from a copier service engineer when a repair is necessary. We have copier service operations available locally that are ready to dispatch an experienced Xerox Technician engineer when needed.
Because of a well-defined parts distribution system, and the strategic placement of service depots throughout New England, we can provide parts locally or overnight, thus minimizing any potential downtime. With local offices in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts, there are always local resources ready to support you. Some of the additional advantages our copier service provides are rapid call acknowledgment and total service call closure, free software upgrades, and patch installation, and app support via a toll-free hotline.
In addition to using only factory-certified personnel and the use of OEM parts, we do not make incentive payments to copier service technicians to contain parts or shorten the call duration. We want our technicians focused on providing the best level of service, so we do not compensate them for “not replacing” parts or rushing a fix.
